Delete Your Account — VTuber Marketplace

You can request deletion of your VTuber Marketplace account and associated data at any time. Access is removed through the in-app flow; limited financial, tax, fraud, dispute, safety, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open VTuber Marketplace and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Review the retention notice and confirm
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, can't sign in, or prefer email, send a deletion request to:
Send the request from the email address on your account (or provide your VTuber Marketplace username/email) so we can verify your identity. We process requests within the time required by applicable law.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |

| Public profile (name, photo, storefront) | Removed or de-identified after verification, subject to required retention |
| Your listings and listing photos | Removed from the feed and deleted, including stored images |
| Favorites, reviews you left | Deleted |
| Active Pro Seller and listing subscriptions | Future renewals canceled; open orders, refunds, disputes, and transfers are resolved first where required |
| Direct messages | Removed from your view; retained up to 90 days for safety/abuse investigations, then purged |
| Moderation and report records naming your account | Retained ~1–2 years for safety and legal defense, as permitted by law |
